Wow! This worked better than I could have hoped for on a bad case of pattern dermatitis (the summer version of mud fever). A little goes a long way and it’s very easy to apply. I’d previously removed scabs (while attempting to treat the condition with a different product), but this made the condition worse. I applied Mud Barrier generously over the scabs and it still worked! Highly recommended
