DELIVERY, PACKAGING & REFUND POLICY
Orders are sent by First Class post – P&P £3.95 per order (unless otherwise indicated). We usually aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. Very occasionally there may be a delay of one or two working days, so please contact us beforehand if your order is very urgent.
Only orders to the United Kingdom can be accepted through our website, if you would like to order from outside the UK please email us for a delivery quote: firstname.lastname@example.org
We strive to eliminate single-use plastic in our packaging materials.
If you wish to return an item you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. All goods must be returned to us in unused condition and complete with their original, undamaged packaging & documentation for a refund within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return the goods. Please note we do not refund postage for any items. Please contact us by email at email@example.com to inform us of your wish to return the goods.

Once we receive all the returned items, we will refund your original purchase method and you will be notified by email that this has been done. This is usually done within 5 days of receiving the returned goods back.
Faulty Goods – In the unlikely event your ordered goods are faulty please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us. We will endeavour to rectify the situation straightaway and will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
